Danilo, We are all waiting to hear back from McIntosh. My D150 came with firmware 1.01 and I don't have clicking but I do have muting of the first note of every song. You can't do the firmware update yourself on these, the dealer has to replace a firmware chip.

I flew took my family to Ireland for a vacation last month and brought along my Oppo PM-3 and HA-2 and it worked great. I use TIDAL and downloaded a few playlist to work off-line, too.

I've got emails out to Ron and Chuck to see if they address the issue. I have a Sonos (Wyred hotrod) connected on the COAX and It doesn't have the issue so it seems to be USB only. I will also reply with anything they answer back to me.

@streetsounds, I signed up to this forum after searching for anybody else that had this problem. My new D150 with firmware 1.01 also skips the first tone. Have you learned anything more about this?
