I have a Mac Pro 6 core currently running Jriver thur a portable USB DAC(fiio e18) to an Adcom 555 powering Scanspeak loudspeakers. I'm considering a new ifi Dsd and making the switch to HQplayer pro. I know with the new DAC I will see a major jump in performance but I would like to be assured that HQ player will support the DAC and it will allow the ablility to use correction software.

Tri and Quad amp stereo with Highend DAC using Acourate

You sorta answered my question, but Im interested using Jriver to 4 stereo outputs to Audiophilleo to Amps. If I understand you correctly, I would need 4 Audiophilleos for each stereo output or a multi channel DAC? -
Ive been learning and reading from the plethora of information CA has to offer and I very very gracious to CA for providing so much information to the public, much appreciation and admiration! My system will consist of MacBookPro 2T SSD powered by Jriver with Acourate Room Correction feeding 4 stereo outputs( 2 Tweeter, 2 Mids, 2 hi woofers, 2 low woofers). I understand I will need a sound card with 8 outputs but what if id like to upgrade with a quality DAC i.e. Audiophilleo. Is it possible to include a quality DAC while using Acourate or am I limited only using Multi output sound cards when using multi channel stereo output? Or could I position a DAC between the Jriver and Acourate software, double convert?

Im sold on Acourate and what a great write up but I'm really interested in the value of the final D/A convertor. If I buy a Hi-end D/A converter will I hear significant improvements in play back; detail, air and many other artifacts while using Acourate software? is the software really that transparent?
