sarcasm ... .. well as Phil pointed out 119EURO might not be that expensive for people in Europe, but for me its straight 119x71 (71 times of europe currency) comes to not expensive but exorbitant for poor me .... but then again I do not blame anyone. I agree someone worked hard for it, and would like to get paid for the same. Pretty understandable. I just wish the pricing was relative to different regions and not a straight currency conversion .... . After all we also would love to utilize the amazing features what the developer has built in to this amazing tool .....

HI I am facing a small problem that I dont seem to be able to sort out, so need some help from the gurus here .. 1. I have a multiroom Audio setup. The main bedroom has a windows 7 based server running jRiver connected to FiiO E10 usb dac. This Jriver is just acting as a UPnP server. 2. I have a Raspberry pi running RuneAudio in second room with speakers connected to Rpi's AUX Out (headphone out) 3. I have my study room with my Acer Laptop also running Jriver as a control point connected to study room speakers via normal laptop 3.5mm AUX out 4. All media is located on my Synology DS413j NAS. NOW as I said I am using my laptop Jriver as UPnP control point and I see all UPnP player under "playing now". My bedroom Jriver, my rasp pi running runeaudion in second room and my acer laptop running again jriver in my study room I can stream music to each zone independently very nicely, and the overview tab also gives me nice representation as to which zone is active. The problem is even though I can control the volume of my study room running jriver on laptop and second room running rune audio independently from my laptop (running jriver) I CANNOT change the volume of my PC running in my bedroom also running jriver. This PC is connected to E10 USB DAC. All other media hardware is connected to spk via AUX 3.5mm out. Could this be the reason that FiiO is not letting jriver change the volume. I hope I was able to explain the problem, the setup only sounds confusing but actually it is not. Basically I can control the volume of jriver on laptop(study room), and runeaudio on rpi(second roome) but cannot change the volume of jriver on PC(Bedroom). Anyone has any idea why is this happening and how to get this resolved. Thanks in advance .. Regards Sammy

yes I have the same problem, initially the library got stuck at "Loading ..." I had to reboot rpi, then after the reboot, the library is empty. Pity I actually loved the library feature.

1. ok cool got my radio station working .... . 2. MPD volume is set to software by default, and ASLA volume is greyed out (i cannot input anything) says PCM volume mixer not detected for attached audio device. Do you want me to try changing MPD volume to Hardware and see. 3. I am using an inexpensive usb dac from creative called creative sound blaster play! 2. Wonder if thats the reason but I get much higher volume from volumio from the same DAC 4. Once more thing, initially I mounted my USB with like 200 songs and the library after like couple of minutes displayed everything correctly. But when I mounted my NAS drive(SMB) that actually have my entire collection of 20000 songs the library got stuck at "LOADING.." and even after like 15-20 minutes I could not get the listing. Basically it crashed the player coz i was not able to even browse any drive via Browse page. Had to reboot the device to get things working. Hope 20000 songs were not too many for the library to display ...... I dont know. I just thought to let you know ...

Hi Developers, Loved the player, better than Volumio.(except that volumio has an Android app) Love the radio stations, but they are very less. Can we have a feature to add a radio stream/url, that would make the player much versatile ...... everything else is just perfect.. Once more thing I noticed the volume at 100% for Mood is much less than 100% of volumio .... no idea the reason just noticed so mentioned here ....
