I was thinking of some way to get the site shut down. I did a traceroute on his domain and the site is hosted with GoDaddy, so perhaps we could file a scam report with them that they are hosting a fraudulent business. It simply boggles my mind seeing how far some of the complaints go back.

I placed an order with Welborne on 4/21/15, never got my power supply. Weeks of them not answering, or saying there were unexpected delays because they were waiting on parts from their distributer, and finally that it had "shipped". After they pretended that they needed my address to confirm where it was they completely dropped off and were never heard from. I filed a claim with Paypal (on 6/12/15) and they, just today, ruled in my favor so I was able to get my money back.
