Thanks Damien, up and running again Chord Hugo appeared to be the issue. Unplugged, switched off/on and & played around with USB cable and swapped input on Mac mini, came good, although not 100% sure what the issue was or if completely resolved.

Have updated to 3.5.7 and now unable to load any files, local or Tidal? Message reads “Unable to open audio file for playback”.

For future reference, where do I find the Audirvana preference file?

Sorted now. Was never asked for a pairing code previously but clicked on my Mac as listed in thr remote app and was asked to input pairing code as displayed in Audirvana and working fine. Many Thanks.

When the beta V3.5 version is open on my Mac mini the iPad remote says it is trying to connect but does not, if I close V3.5 and open V3 on the Mac then open the remote app it connects instantly.

Still have an issue with the remote app not connecting with V3.5, works fine with V3. Maybe a file location issue, they are in seperate folders?

Had an issue last night remote worked as normal on current version but would not connect with beta, will try again tonight when I get home. Thankyou

Many thanks RHS, I am hoping this has solved the issue. I am now requested to input my licence number which I will attempt to do again when our internet is up and running again (I am assuming this was the reason the number did not work on first input). I will advise accordingly. Regards

Made some minor filter changes yesterday and this morning unable to A3+ running at all? Can open application to be greeted with Audirvana "header" options (file, view etc) but no usual interface screen body. If I attemp to into system preferences, for example, Audirvana crashes & fault report is displayed. I have restarted & shutdown mac to no avail. Also have no internet at present due to fault in cable service, should not be an issue? I am a mac novice and have no idea how to investigate further, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Maybe off topic, had a quick listen to Tidal MQA from the desktop application through my Chord Hugo and sounded pretty good. Lighting the Hugo green sample frequency which is at 96khz. There are a few settings options, exclusive mode, software pass through and one other but just left as default. Looking forward to an extended listed tomorrow. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
