Works extremely well with Windows 7 x64 and all ASIO driver work right out of the box. (thats the only OS i use now, Vista is embarrassing) No adjustments or configuration needed, defaulted to 16bit/48kHz. I did not bother installing the CD, I went straight to the EMU website and installed the latest drivers. Installed without a hiccup and everything works. I am running foobar2000 latest version, I think .967. I hooked it to my hi-end system via the mini jack (no TRS-XLR adapters) and the sound is amazing. Of course not better than my $7k Theta converters, but I intend to use this with my computer speakers. I just finished building a linear regulated 5V P.S. and will experiment with that later. Also, I plan to buy a pair of the XLR adapters to get the best from this DAC. Thanks for all your help on this website in helping me decide on which DAC to get.
