Really appreciate for your great help. Need a weekend to do some preparation.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I would like to confirm my understanding. Should I migrate to Win 2016 server, the Audiosrv will be able to activated.

I am hitting a similar problem when trying to use 2012r2 core mode. I am running HQPlayer + AO 2.2beta on a single machine running 2012r2. I have a i2s card installed in this machine and divert the audio to the "Windows Audio Service" and only "WASAPI" can be used. I installed and launched HQPlayer but HQPlayer could not find the i2s card. I checked the "Service" and "Audiosrv" was not on list. I can't find any ways to enable it under core mode. Any ideas how to enable this service?

HQPlayer's Network Audio Adapter
paulpaul replied to 4est's topic in Networking, Networked Audio, and Streaming
I have been using HQPlayer (Windows 10) with NAA (Windows Server 2012 R2) and my DAC is Holo Spring. I was using Holo ASIO drivers. They have been running perfectly. Recently, I bought an i2s card and for some reasons I have to use WASAPI. I never tried this before. My problem is my HQPlayer PC cannot see the NAA. Do I miss out anything? -
Thanks for your help.

Hi I am running AO2.1 on my Hqplayer NAA PC with WIndows Server 2012 R2. It is running perfect. I used the minimal server mode and select Shell Replacement with NAA and also system Autologon. However, I need to reinstall some windows driver. I cannot get back to the Service Tools. My system automatically runs NAA. I interrupt it with Control-C command but the whole window closed. It ends up with a black screen. I can use Ctrl Alt Del to bring the Task Manager back. But how can I get a command prompt window?

I am planning to buy the Holo Audio Spring DAC. Currently I am using NAA on Windows 2012 Server 2012 R2. Is there any driver required for Windows Server 2012 R2 to stream music to Spring?

Just ordered 1xLPS-1 yesterday. My clock module (not the clock) requires only 0.088A. I am planning to use LPS-1 to power both the clock module and Uptone Regen. -

I tried to find the model but the clock surface stuck to the case. Anyway I can buy one PS-1 and try, If it cannot fit the clock power, I can use it for my uptone regen. I am currently using a lithium for my uptone regen. Will the PS-1 be better in SQ? -

I have an OCXO clock on my headless PC. It is powered by a Lithium Battery now. Can I use the LPS-1 to drive the clock? It takes 5V 1.6A. -
Thanks Phil.
