Hi, Sorry if this has been covered but hoping I could get a quick answer without wading through all there posts. I have a license for HQPlayer 3, do I need a new license for desktop 4? I have tried registering with my current license and nothing happens. thanks

Well, I got it working. Don’t know what was causing it, but a reboot & all is well>

Hoping you might have an idea what is going on with my setup. I have a 1st gen. WA7/tp being fed from a mac mini via usb. The mac mini is running High Sierra. When I try to play music with speaker being chosen for output I get exactly 1 minute and 43 seconds of music. I can not hear any music after that point, though the software says it is still playing it. If I stop and start the music again I still hear nothing. If I change output to builtin output and then back to speaker, I can hear music again for 1:43 and then it stops. I have tried different USB’s, different software (jriver, audirvana) same results with each. Hoping you might be able to help.Thanks,Mark

after trying complete reboot of everything I can not link to microrendu. MySonicorbiter finds it but I can not connect to it. And other ip scanners do not see it.

Hoping to get some help. I just got spotify premium and I can not get it to connect to the micro rendu. I switched it to Spotify Connect and I can see it under the devices on my iPad and actually see the two trying to connect. But they will not connect. Any ideas??

Wonder if anyone knows where I could download an older version of HQPlayer. I am running Yosemite on my Mac because Chord does not update drivers for anything past Yosemite on DAC's that they have discontinued. (even though the DAC is only a few years old) Chord Qute EX. Thanks, Mark

Thanks much MikeyFresh and Greg in Mississippi, I am very appreciative of the DIY info and was not aware of Ian's Isolator. Not that I (as a diyer) will ever be held in the same regard as John and Alex. They have both released some outstanding product to cost bargains. I have tried a few of them and have been happy with the better sound per dollar ratio.

Thank you tgb, I reckon I got a bit sloppy when in stalling. I will pick up another run of the cable and give it another shot.

I got it figured out. Went back and forth with the L's I think one of the cables was bad. Not sure why the other line was not working but it is up and running now. Are these cables delicate?

Hoping for some help with my setup. I started with 2-MC220L and it worked without a hitch. The other day I put in one of the Chinese switches and used the MC220L's at the other end at 2 locations. Now I am not getting a connection at either of the 2 MC220L's. In addition one of the L's has 3 leds showing and the other only 2. Can anyone point me in the right direction to solving what has happened? TIA
