When you say - "Not really, the PRIMARY purpose of the LPS-1 is to break leakage current induced ground loops, (which exist in almost all systems)" does that mean by using the LPS-1 the induced ground loops are broken through the whole chain of equipment ( ie dac to preamp, amp etc)?

iFi Audio is about to release a spdif iPurifier - aim is to reduce jitter off the Chromecast audio, in turn hopefully making it sound even better.

Interesting- can cast off Tidal offline mode as well! Edit - The Chromecast audio appears to be pulling in the data still, even when we cast from offline mode.

Just reading through the iCan manual. Can you please confirm THD specs for Tube + as it appears that the balanced and single ended specs shown are mixed around.

I had the recent pleasure of giving the upgraded AMR 777 a bit of a spin . I've also owned an iDSD micro for a while. As good as the iDSD micro is, the AMR is just in an absolutly different league. It is just so tonely rich, detailed, musical that I have a feeling it leaves many, many other Dac's in it's wake. So am hoping that the Pro Dac comes somewhere near the AMR (PLEASE).

Does the iPower throw switching noise back into the AC main?
