Mixed results. Could someone listen to both versions of Chicago Transit Authority? I love this album, tape hiss and all. The hiss is gone but so are all the incredible dynamics of Does Anybody Really Know What time is? on the MQA version. Is it just me?

Well isn't that interesting? A couple of days ago, a different release with the orange was the one available. I guess it was replaced with this one and my favorites didn't follow along. If you do a search for "Gentle Ben" a blank album comes up with Ben Wester's name and it says "This album is not available". As you said, search it a different way, it comes up. Squirrelly. I have another example. I once had Nitty Gritty Dirt Band's 2009 release of In the Speed of Life. Gone. Can someone find that one? As an aside, have you ever seen NGDB's Jimmie Fadden play the drums, harmonica and sing on "Going up the country"? Pretty amazing. I can't walk and chew gum.

On NetFlix, movies come and go from the library. Of course I like new titles being offered, but should my expectation be that offerings may be short lived on Tidal and other streaming services? My favorite Ben Webster album, Gentle Ben, has disappeared. I've seen others.

It looks like capacity to produce the Yggy has caught up with demand. I ordered it last Wednesday and it shipped the next day. I'm at hour 38 and the thing is certainly an enigma. Patience.

I've been using Tidal to DIRAC exclusively with the Mac app; it works perfectly. The elimination of the OSX download and talk of losing support of the app had me trying Chrome this evening. No joy. I get a bunch of digital noise. When I change the output in OSX from DIRAC to the optical out, all works fine (minus DIRAC). Does anyone have experience or advice?
