  1. Are you certain the actual Drive has not been replaced on the unit? It also has to be the original first version of the drive.
  2. BTW. Does anyone know if there is a specific problem with the album "Jazz at the Pawnshop Volume 2"? I have the 3 SACD+1 DVD 30th anniversary, and Vol.1 and Vol.3 gets relatively normal Tagging and naming, but Volume 2 gets no song-names extracted. Tagging isn't a big deal though, I can fix that manually. But it would be good to know if it's a known issue.
  3. Please excuse me for forgetting to thank you! I get so into the moment when this kind of direct communication happens that I get all "facts-only". Please assume that I am grateful for all help I ever get! Thank you!
  4. Yes, I tried both a new 2 ch conversion and a new 6 ch conversion, and both dsf file-names and Cue-files are now appropriate for the respective cases. At least for That record, but I see no reason why that wouldn't work well for all SACD-iso's from now on.
  5. Ok, got it sorted out. For multichannel ripping -C -m -i is the winner. I got all tracks listed then. Now, iif that means that you need to have different arguments for when stereo-conversion is selected as opposed to when multichannel is selected might be a question. In some cases multichannel might not even have the same song-order. I have a few DVD-audio that has different order for the various modes. Not seen it on any of my SACD's though.
  6. I have a problem with sacd_extract. It says it has produced a cue-file, but I cannot find it anywhere. I even tried specifying path at the end of the argument, but that was not a good idea... , also, it says it adds .cue by itself, so using youriso.cue at the end should produce a yuoriso.cue.cue , Still can't find it though. Did a blind *.cue search of my entire system... Nowhere. Still trying things though.
  7. Ok, Tried direct sacd_extract.exe, but I get same type of error: libsacdread: Can't stat -2 (or -m at the end for that) I did not check the -? for more instructions, but was I correct in assuming to use it as: sacd_extract.exe -C -i -m .... Or should I have replaced -i ?
  8. Ok, It is a Swedish Windows 7. My install-path is E:\Apps\ISO2DSF, if it helps. My login is an administrator level user, but I did not specifically run it as administrator. For me it is ok though. I fixed it manually. Just a heads-up.
  9. Found another thing. I was converting Deep Purple "Machine Head", and it has 7 tracks Stereo and 10 tracks Multichannel. It seems the tag-extraction only takes for granted the stereo and multichannel is equal, thus, tracks 8, 9 and 10 only has the track# in the name.
  10. I'm having a problem with the AddContextMenuItem.bat It starts an infinite loop where the cmd-window just flashes over the screen very quickly with no way but rebooting to stop it. Since it quickly opens and closes cmd you have no time to catch it in any way. And it didn't add anything either. I'm Running Win 7 x64 ultimate.
  11. Hi! New here, and I just wanted to thank everybody involved with the PS3 SACD ripping method. I have recently got hold of an old beaten up PS3 with SACD capability and done all the right stuff, including getting it rolled back to 3.55 CFW the hardware way. Everything just went exactly as it should, and this old beaten up PS3 just keeps kicking out ISO's now. Reading this forum also have helped me, without any other assistance, to solve what I thought was unrippable SACD's by simply rolling back to 0.30 too. It was actually the first .pkg I found on TOR. So I was kind of lucky to have that on hand already. So Thanks everyone!
