  1. I have nos also reverted back to Mavericks. The sound is more full register and bass rich. I will stick to this setup for a while !
  2. What went wrong? I have tested for some days and I miss the lower part, the bass. Is it easy to roll-back?
  3. Hi again, I wrote a letter to Chord and they said that the problem now is known, something about "more load on the processor so it is not as fast and you get data drop out.". A new driver release i coming in the near future, they sent me a beta and I have just installed it. The problem seems to be corrected. I could hear it after ten seconds. I will give it some more time to determine if I have the same soundstage etc. I´m not sure if I can share the beta with you since I got i directly from the production manager, but send them a mail or keep an eye on their web. I´m curios to hear your review of the new driver if you decide to go for Yosemite again. One thing i have learned by this is to be very cautious about "early adoption" when it comes to computer audio...
  4. Thanks Melvin! I will try a rollback. I'll get back with feedback after i have Done it.
  5. Hi I have a Mac mini MID 2012 and a Chord Qute EX dac runned via the USB input. The Mac has 4 gb ram. I had a period when my system Worked flawless and everything was a bliss. But since I installed OS Yosemite and the new driver for my chord dac i have a "lighter" and "less-bass" sound and from time to time a crackling sound. This is the same when i am running pure music or Wimp. Does annons have som advice?
