Hi jiminlogansquare: How are you bypassing Yggy's USB input? I thought the microRendu is supposed to output via USB-A and plug into your Yggy's USB-B input via an adapter.

I'm a newb to streaming and would be grateful to understand how a better USB (like Gen 5 or the Unison upgrade) would improve the SQ coming through the Microrendu; I was under the impression that somehow the Microrendu's streaming technology made the quality of the USB connection less critical.

Hi everyone, I've got a pre-Gen 5 Gungnir MB. Just started using Sonore's microrendu plugged into the Gungnir's USB port. Would upgrading to Unison make a difference?

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum even though I've been lurking around for years. I need some help and wonder if anyone has had success with Yosemite and Stello U3. I just upgraded to Yosemite and the sound comes out horribly distorted. I reset the PRAM. In OS X system prefs it allows me to select "XMOS USB 2.0 Audio Out". I'm at a loss. Would be grateful for any help.
