  1. I neglected to mention that I'm running the Paul Pang USB V4 card and that's what I've been plugging into on my server. I just tried one of my MoBo USB ports instead and it worked just fine. I'm running the driver Paul steered me to for his card. Anyone else using a PP card with the REGEN?
  2. I'm running in GUI mode. Plug 'n play is active in Services. Joe
  3. I plugged the regen into my Win7 photo editing machine and it worked. Checking Device manager the driver associated with it is asmthub3.sys When I plug it into the server and look at device manager it is listed as not working and Windows can't find a driver. Anyone know what driver to use with this thing on a Server 2012R2 based Intel machine and where to download it?
  4. Am I the only person the REGEN doesn't work for? I just received mine and plugged it into the back of my Wavelength Crimson and the Crimson will not turn on when the PC is turned on. This with the REGEN powered by its included power supply (power led is on). I've power cycled everything and tried different power on sequences. I've also tried 2 USb cables and tried plugging the REGEN into the dac with both the short adapter and the longer one. Nothing works - the dac won't turn on when the pc is powered up so long as the REGEN is between them. System is Zuma w/ Server 2012R2, Mapleshade USB, Wavelength Crimson with Denominator board. Any ideas / suggestions?
  5. I'm using Foobar 2000 not JRiver. Haven't tried the whole uninstall / reinstall routine. I can't figure out how to unistall the ASIO driver. Does it go if Foobar is uninstalled? Joe
  6. I just bought JPLAY for a new build based on the Caps zuma with a few differences. Includes: Asus B85M MoBo 16GB of Crucial RAM Intel I7 4790S Paul Pang V4 USB card, Audio and Music SSDs and Red SATA cables Pico 150 rewired with shielded Cardas hook-up wire All other internal power wiring replaced with shielded Cardas (I'm a glutton for punishment) Red Wine Black LIghtning powers the Pico/MoBo Custom LiFePO4 battery box powers the SSDs and USB card DAC is a Wavelength Crimson with Denominator board Software: Server 2012R2 64 bit Foobar 2000 1.3.8 JPlay 6.2 After 3 months of putting it all together I fired it up yesterday and it all works except Jplay I've installed the ASIO driver and it shows up in output along with the Crimson. If I choose the Asio Driver I get the ASIO didn't start message and nothing plays. If I select the Crimson it works in Foobar. Reboots do nothing, I've tried Kernel and WASAPI modes and I get the same error. It's a new install of Server and no other software has been installed. Any ideas? Thx Joe
  7. New member here and wondering if anyone can help. I've been using a 2010 Mac Mini server for which I had Vinnie make me a dual battery Black Lightning. I decided to take the Zuma / JPlayer plunge so I've accumulated all the bits and am ready to start the build but for one question. I noticed in the instructions the issue of regulation on the Zuma's 12V line was raised regarding using the Lightning to power the PicoPSU. Is that a real issue? And if so what can I do about it? I've tried to get a hold of Vinne for 2 weeks to ask by email and phone with no luck. Anyone have any advice? I'm handy with a soldering iron but would need some instructions on parts. Any help appreciated!
