Doc, Try the +/- 15V supply makes a giant SQ diff.

I have a Katana + Isolator THD+N powered by three seperate supplies. What do I change, and how much does it cost, to go to SQ from the THD+N setup. Thank you.

I may have dogged a bullet. I may have a software problem. Yikes.

I may have accidently reversed the polarity of the 5VDC supply feeding the Micro Controller board. I quickly (ha ha) rectified my mistake but now the Katana output is very low and has no dynamic range. Help. What can I do. Please advise. Thank you.

BTW the regulator I purchased is rated for 100ma. I purchased the second to last one from a place in France.

Its working well. I talked to the maker and he suggested that by adding a resistor the sound would improve even more. To determin the value of that resistor he needed to know the power draw of the Katana board. Thats why I needed to know that. After leting him know it was 80ma he suggested a 10 ohm 1/4 W which I have on order from Vishy. Cheers.

Blackmail? shouting? I am afraid of people like you. My appologies for saying anything you consider blackmail or shouting. You obviously have not read my posts. My questions are about their products nothing more.

I asked about their Capacitance Multiplier and their eMMC memory cards weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a reply. Is that service?

Tintinabumen. Have you read my posts? Have you seen the various and conflicting answers when I get an answer at all? maybe you will agree that Allo has a problem with their support. Several questions I've asked of them have yet to be answered after weeks. Is that good? Cheers.

Power draw moves with heating of stage A of opamp board. Between 66ma and 80ma at 15v (dual rail) by each rail 1.5A is correct only when DC/DC convertor is used. This is a reply from Johan at Allo, so many different answers
