  1. Overall layout would be fine, thanks!
  2. Could you share a picture of the inside in the meantime please? Lots to be found of the 100w version but none of this one. Thanks!
  3. I also powered my irDac for a while with an Anker battery before i got the Hdplex 100w lps. Overall i'm more satisfied with the lps. The sound to me has more substance and more air. Do you have a chance to compare? Sent from my iPad using Computer Audiophile mobile app
  4. Paul Pang V2 took longer, about 2 weeks. I think Paul recommends 200 hours.
  5. My impression was that it opened up after 48 hours constant usage. After about a week it settled in nicely.
  6. Let it "burn-in" for a while and will get even better. Mine did.
  7. I use the Paul Pang V2 Usb card and it improves the sound a lot compared to onboard usb. V4 should be even better.
  8. Larry is really a great guy! His service is exceptional. I will buy his big ATX-supply next year.
  9. It was included with the older version. The current newer one came with only the longer cable. It really is quite long but not as stiff as the shorter one. With the shorter cable the psu has to be placed very near the mainboard atx connector.
  10. Larry from Hdplex can supply a shorter one. The 160w has the shorter one anyway. Just ask him, he is very nice and helpful.
  11. I also tried that and liked it. At the moment i'm running TinyMPD from an Usb stick. Also liked running Win 2012 R2 from CF card with an cf-sata adapter fed by the hdplex 100w. Liked it more than SSD.
  12. I feed the 19v rail to the 250w, the 5v to the Paul Pang USB Card and the 12v to my Arcam irDac. I noticed that sound improves with a better powercord for the 100w lps.
  13. Yes it will be an improvement. I used this Pico before the 250w hdplex. Probably not as good as the full linear atx solution.
  14. I have both, the 160w and the 250w with the 100w LPS. The 250w sounds much better in my opinion.
  15. Hi, ist there anybody in Germany who would kindly solder the clock-adapter for me? Board is a Gigabyte B85N. It seems pretty easy in Paul's video but in reality the pins are so small... That scares me off. Thank you very much, Josh By the way: a big recommendation for AudioPhil's shop! Top products, fast delivery and great service!
