  1. Thanks for support. For this problem, if I can't setup the Aries with a static IP address, I think that will need to contact my ISP in order to make operative the internet connection for Aries. I've Planet Fast Ethernet Bridge and Linksys SD208 8 port 10/100 Switch. I will keep you informed of developments. Many thanks Best Regards
  2. I've verified the connection with a MacBook... And it's ok, Internet is working. But on my LAN I've static IP addresses; how Aries can go in Internet without a manual configuration?
  3. Yes. Appears for first the 'return to default' message then 'Auralic' logo, 'Aries starting' and at last 'network problem please use LAN cable'.
  4. Thanks for your prompt replies. I've tried several times with the reset of device but without success. Regarding the LAN connection, the lights on Ethernet port are ON. The left is in fixed green and the right is in blinking yellow. https://vimeo.com/116683280
  5. Dears, my name is Claudio and I write to you from Italy. I've bought my Aries (deluxe version) from French distributor in late December, but at this moment I cannot use it. The device is connected with Ethernet CAT5 cable to my router but: - is invisible to the iPad with Auralic Lightning DS App installed. - the front display of Aries tells me connection problems. The Auralic support not responds and I'm very frustrated about this. Can you help me in some matter? Many thanks. Claudio
