Do we see any new products or firmware update from Aryre since last summer?

Per this morning big news that Roon, will Aurender still have plan to be compatible with Roon anymore?

You setup DOP or Native at your stream player configuration. I use Aurender N10 with QX5, so i could setup at Aurender to give DOP or Native signal to QX5.

I would agree that some members of this QX-5 forum are totally not supportive when others raise questions or find issues on QX5. Just because they don't use such inputs, so they don't care at all. In December 2021, i have shared that firmware N has the issue that i could not play DSD file on AES/SPDIF/TOS inputs, which is the totally new issue since firmware N.

Just upgraded to firmware R. The upgrade process is smooth. As the firmware Q works well under Roon, not sure about the real change here.

Thanks and will try again. Seems like it may be the network card issue for this specific unit with this user.

https://www.ayre.com/qx-5-twenty-firmware-revision-history/ Maybe you bought QX5 a bit later, the version G firmware has the Roon uncertified issue as their official site says "Fixed bug where QX-5 would appear as uncertified in Roon." So if the firmware at version G, it could not connect with Roon properly.

I want to seek advice here for one QX-5 issue of another user: 1. The Qx5 was bought several years ago from local dealer and played well on USB port; 2. now this user wants to try Roon via network port but Roon shows the uncertified status in Roon software. 3. user has upgraded via USB method and the general firmware from version G to version Q. But the network version on QX5 is not updated and still showing 03.03.03 Any comment or suggestion? Cheers.

Hello, any update for this QB9 twenty version upgrade? Hope there is a progress.

I think the possibility will be relatively low for Ryan to Join Auralic. As I understand, Auralic R&D and product design is not in US? I believe Ryan will lead R&D and product design as big picture of one brand.

Thanks for sharing. It will be interesting to see the next stop for Ryan. And it is more interesting to see what is for the next Ayre.
