I am a almost happy Qobuz user....I've been testing Tidal HiFi tonight (1 month trial, offered to new customers in Spain). It simply doesn't work. I am disappointed. It's a pity..The content in terms of Indie (The pitchfork lists for example) music is much larger in Tidal than Qobuz..Being Qobuz slightly better with Classical music. sound quality? I don't know...I've been trying via chrome and the Tidal app on my Mac...Nothing..50 seconds buffering, clipping noises (i am using Amarra sQ and a External DAC))..a non-sense..Maybe tomorrow. I love Qobuz HiFi...It works flawlessly every day.

Due to the issues I reinstalled ("reactivate") Amarra SQ, and now I don't know if I've lost the second computer possibility...Probably...No reply from sonic studio neither from MediArte. They have very very little patience. I discovered that when not responding the preferences window, clicking again the Amarra icon in the dock DOES work! Why I did not realize before reinstalling ?! The boot time is again like it used to be.. The clicking noises with poor quality podcast are gone..Amarra sQ greatly improves the sound of these sources, same with spotify or deezer free. The "set the volumen to maximum" window appears only sometimes...The whole app is in beta phase, the support is non-existent...The sound is good, the EQ is great! With Qobuz is a must, i think.

I finally received a quick and kind reply from the European seller, MediArte ... I have yet any questions, I hope to have the answer on Monday... Thanks a lot, MediArte.

Not working. How do I uninstall Amarra SQ safely, Please? No reply from support.. I want to uninstall it and then install again...but I fear that the code does not work twice Please, help.

No reply from support.. Now it works, mysteriously...¿?.. I have to select my external DAC manually every time it launches, really annoying. Trial version fixed this issue..(I uninstalled the trial version, including the installer) Usual Boot time: 8 seconds. Boot time with Amarra SQ installed: 13 seconds. Not funny. I'd like to re-install Amarra SQ. It does not work well. I wonder if i'm going to have problems with pasting the code, using it twice..Any Advice?? Thanks.

I uninstalled Amarra SQ and the problem persists, so I don't Know..This may not be the cause of the boot time issue. peace

Hello. Yes. I'm using it with Qobuz. I really like Amarra SQ.. and before making the purchase I'd like to know if they have fixed its issues: Boot time slowing down and problems (noises) with poor quality Podcasts like these: Islas de Robinson - La utopista helada y el vistazo interior - 29/12/14 Support have closed my request...¿?

My main gripe with Amarra SQ is that slowed down my macbook, start-up time in 8 sec...Really annoying.
