  1. Sony 590 died on me :-(((. Bought it last year second hand and barely ripped 20 sacds with it. I didn't use it for several months and just acquired some discs... it shows no sign of life... completely dead. Checked main power supply and smd fuses which was ok but I'm missing some of the voltages on onboard regulators as they don't get enable signal which should come from main processor. I will check further...
  2. Files within Autoscript folder have additional -1 in their name. Remove it.
  3. I'm using sleep server method on my sony. With usb flash mounted turn off player and it will go to sleep. Then you can start sonore iso2dsd app on PC and select server method with ip address of your player and then select execute. Player should be awaken and begin ripping. From earlier post you have a download link of Autoscript which folder should reside on root if your flash drive. Important is that you should always power of your player when insert new disk to rip, not eject button and this is for sony.
  4. Sony s590 arrived today … ripped my first sacd using server method...
  5. Thanks for quick answer, price is 34/42/50 euros for sony models and 42 euro for pioneer plus shipping cost within Serbia (about 4-5 euros).
  6. I have the oportunity to grab either sony s390/s490/s590 (yes, all models are available at the moment) or pioneer bdp-160, all second hand, working without problem. Which is better for the sacd ripping task?
