  1. Thanks for posting, what a nice read! Ordered the book. Sent from my iPhone using Computer Audiophile
  2. Arnie, One software component you are missing is Bubble UPNP server that should be installed on the NAS. This will allow you to create a media render for the Bridge and then stream Tidal. I have used Lumin and Linn Kazzoo on my iPad and each works great - the interfaces are different and you will find a preference. I think the link from Audio_Elf above says the same thing, but I did not have time to read
  3. Fore sale 3 Hifi Tuning Supreme fuses: 250mA - Slow Blow - Small (20mm / .75) 500mA - Slow Blow - Small (20mm / .75) 500mA - Slow Blow - Small (20mm / .75) I bought each fuse new and each were used in components (the 250mA was used very shortly) and each works as intended. Includes original boxes. Selling all three for $95 including shipping to US 48.
  4. For sale - AURALiC VEGA DAC in very good condition, 9/10 and everything works as intended. I am the original owner, bought in February 2015. Includes original box/packaging, remote, USB and power cables, manual and product CD. Asking $2,550 including shipping to US 48.
  5. For sale - Curious USB 0.8m Curious REGEN Link Wired for Sound Recovery USB reclocker Audioquest Jitterbug I purchased all items new - Curious in December, W4S in February, and AQ in Sept 2015. All items include packaging, power supply (W4S), and documentation. All items are in great shape and work as intended. I am selling because of system change away from USB. I am selling as a package for $525 including shipping to US 48 States.
  6. Fuse was difficult to read, but readable with a magnifying glass.
  7. Aries: 500 mA, Small, Slow Blow (in power supply) VEGA: 500 mA, Small, Slow Blow I found both to be worthwhile upgrades, but the fuse in the VEGA made a bigger difference if you are prioritizing. I too had a hard time reading the stock fuses Remember that the fuses are directional and depending on the brand it may be hard to figure out which way to install - so install both ways and listen to be sure. Installed the wrong way will sound a bit harsh.
  8. Same here and a good match in my system. Sent from my iPhone using Computer Audiophile mobile app
  9. Since the Roon integration takes processing cycles, it would make sense that there is a SQ hit. I made a couple of quick comparisons and did not hear anything, plus I like Roon a lot so that swings it for me... Sent from my iPhone using Computer Audiophile mobile app
  10. The issue is if you plug a USB drive into the Aries, otherwise you will be fine. Sent from my iPhone using Computer Audiophile mobile app
  11. I have an INT-60 and love it, paired with Merlin VSMs that are easy to drive, but the Devores should be even easier. The INT--60 uses the XP-10 circuit for the front end so gets pretty close to the separates in a tidy box (a really heavy box). Very clean and musical - and accurate as is the Pass norm. Best to audition if possible Sent from my iPhone using Computer Audiophile mobile app
  12. Interesting read - thanks for posting. Sent from my iPhone using Computer Audiophile mobile app
