  1. I’ve had the latest version of AV freeze a couple of times playing back Qobuz tracks. By freeze I mean the track abruptly stops playing - it seems to happen towards the end of a track. The progress bar shows the point where it stopped, and the transport controls indicate that AV thinks the track is still playing. Clicking on the next track restarts playback. I don’t know if it’s an AV or Qobuz problem. AV version 3.2.4 (3135), OS X 10.13.2
  2. I’ve had A+ crash several times at the end of a track played from my hard drive - I’ve sent Damien a crash report. I’d had no problems with Qobuz until today when A+ stopped mid-track and wouldn’t respond to pressing the play/pause button. I had to select the next track to get things playing again. I don’t know if it was an A+ issue or a Qobuz one.
  3. Hi Damien, 3.2.2 - the version you released yesterday. I don’t have a crash report, but if it happens again I’ll send you the report.
  4. It’s crashed twice this morning, both times at the end of a track (neither was the last track on an album). I’m using the latest version of Audirvana and Mac OS. Mac Mini, 16 gig of memory.
  5. Very good it sounds too. The BBC have confirmed to me that it's a 16/48 stream. I'm looking forward to listening to the Proms using it. I've also expressed a hope that it extends beyond the current 5 months trial.
  6. Unless they are 24 bit titles you've bought from Qobuz they'll be streaming at 16/44.1.
  7. With the standard Sublime subscription the only high resolution titles you can stream are the ones that you've bought. With Sublime + you can stream all the high resolution titles that Qobuz have the streaming rights to.
  8. I'm seriously considering it. I'm already a Sublime subscriber so it would be an extra €130 a year. If it includes ECM then I'm definitely in.
  9. If you have Audirvana v3 you can replay Tidal and Qobuz from within the program. You just need to enter your streaming service(s) user id and password, Audirvana does the rest.
  10. According to their French Twitter feed they'll be launching a new 'Sublime +' subscription offering 24 bit streaming on all high resolution titles - presumably that's all titles that currently allow streaming, so excluding ECM etc. There's no indication of cost at the moment. They'll be offering DSD downloads from late summer. Also the service is expanding to include Spain, Italy and Poland.
  11. If possible create and account and then send them an email asking if you can be added to say the French store. I did that when Qobuz was only available in France (I'm in the UK) and they changed my account so that I could access the French service.
  12. So Apple and HD Tracks are both illegally buying ripped CDs from someone? Somehow I doubt that. Maybe you should have saved that one for the 1st of April.
  13. MQA isn't just about providing output with higher than 24/44.1. I've noticed excellent sound staging with the MQA albums I've listened to.
  14. Do you have upsampling switched on in Audirvana?
  15. I think the 'incorrect' values are the MQA correct and they're showing the resolution of the MQA tracks. If you've not got an MQA DAC then the software decoding in Audiovana has a maximum resolution of 24/88.2-96. If you had an MQA DAC you'd see 24/192 etc. on the DAC (assuming the MQA file is being passed to the DAC without any software decoding).
