On a similar journey - just started electric guitar 2 years ago at age 58. Best advice is get a teacher ASAP. Did the same online videos (which I liked) and thought I was doing the lessons correctly but I was WAY off leading to cramping problems and bad technique etc.. During the pandemic, I continued with my in person teacher over the internet (FaceTime) and continue that way today. It's not perfect but surprisingly effective.

Anyone notice that the return policy on the May seems to have changed? On March 8 when I emailed a query to the company, I thought the return policy was a 15% restocking fee if unit returned plus return shipping. Now I see "Spring /May Dac L1/L2 + (Kitsune Tuned edition) and Cyan Dac PCM or DSD model or all Holoaudio products, Transformers, Isolation Transformers, (SPECIAL ORDER items) CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR RETURNED once payment has been made. (48hour grace period after payment has been made cancellation can be made ONLY DURING THIS TIME)" on the KitsuneHifi website. Is it all sales final now? Reselling probably the way to go anyway but I haven't seen a return policy like this before for direct sales.

Can anyone comment on current status of Roon readiness with network card on M3? Was considering buying an M3 but then learned that as of September 2020 Roon no longer allows non-certified units to connect with Roon. Seemed like a lot of M3 user's were upset (which I can understand) since they were able to use Roon ("Roon Ready - uncertified") but haven't seen any posts in any forum since Sept. 2020. Dealer says Bricasti is working hard on this with Roon to get this done but as of now on Roon's website it says M1 and M5 are Roon Ready but not list M3. Hopefully they will get this worked out but it has been 6 months already. Also surprised at the lack of recent M3 related posts online.

New owner of Lumin U1 mini having problems with android app crashing whenever I try to manipulate playlist (such as move track to begin/end of playlist). I am able to play songs if I never touch the playlist. I am using LG v30 android 8.0.0 phone and streaming Tidal. I have tried IOS app on my wife's iPad and it works fine but I don't want to have to buy an iPad to get this to work. I have tried unplugging everything, rebooting, and reinstalling Lumin app. I have read other posts about using non-Lumin apps but am a bit overwhelmed by that and would really like to get the Lumin app to work if possible. Any suggestions? Thanks

Using the same signal path out of my macbook pro Tidal does not sound as good as CDs ripped and played via Itunes. I have tried both the mac app and the Chrome player. Tidal sounds good but not nearly as clear as ripped CD though signal path from mac to DAC is the same. I have confirmed that Tidal is in "HI-FI" mode. Any ideas?
