I've moved on from Sonore. I love the sound quality but too many reboots and audio drop outs for me. I just want to pick up my ipad and play music.

Did you try re- applying your HQ player settings. That’s what I have to do after rebooting everything in my chain.

With 2.9 I get Roon “lost control of audio device” errors on my iPad. I need to reboot my OR and Sonictransporter and then re-apply HQ player to get it back working. Don’t have the issue with 2.8 in the OR.

I'm getting Roon "lost control of the audio device" error messages on my ipad ever since I switched to 2.9. Sometimes I can get through a whole album before this happens. Hitting the play button on the Roon iPad app usually restarts playback. Today though I couldn't get anything to play until I rebooted everything in the chain. Roon core running on Sonictransporter i9- HQ Player to Optical Rendu. Maybe I'll switch back to 2.8 on the OR to see if its 2.9 causing this or not?

I have a SonicTransport with the i9 processor with imbedded HQ4. Has anyone been able to get to 512dsd without stuttering/ dropouts? I’m close but get drop outs every minute or so? Source is Roon.

Yes they are but I got it working. I deleted the Jplay app and data and reinstalled from scratch. Now working.

I restarted my Sonictransporter so I'm within the 30 minute limit of HQ player trial. I swiped off the Jplay as suggested and restarted it but get the same error. I even restarted my iPad but still get same error.

Minimserver is fine and my library is in Jplay app. I installed HQplayer embedded on the Sonictransporter. HQplayer embedded sees my Optical Rendu/Holo may DAC endpoint on the backend. I changed no other settings. I have SonicTransporter:SignalystHQPlayer4 selected in JPlay as my renderer but get an "error sending action to renderer" on Jplay when I try to play a track. Just updated the Lumin App and now all radio stations were gone. I had to toggle radio stations to off back on in settings to get them back.

I have the Lumin U1 and get this same error quite often. I have to remove all songs from the playlist in JPLAY to continue. Also when my Playlist is finished JPLAY will randomly play 1 song from my local library. ??

Will the U1 pass 1024 dsd as a roon endpoint upscaled from HQP?
