  1. I'd suggest you open a support ticket through the LH Labs website at Support : LH Labs
  2. CA is more of a cup half empty type of crowd...Something I'm beginning to understand more and more with the time I spend here.
  3. Missing a screw in the volume knob? This isn't something I've heard of before. Did you open a ticket and request an RMA? As with any client, I'd say if your Pulse has an issue, send your unit back and we'll cover it under warranty. I don't even know what status Alex holds here or in any other forum.....nor do I care. Every Pulse backer is the same in my/our eyes no matter what you purchased.
  4. Did you request to have your Geek Pulse replaced? The process for returning one is rather simple. If not, Send it back and we'd be more than happy to look into the issue you state you're having. Feel free to PM if you have further questions or concerns.
