  1. OK further update - from what I can tell any Albums that have been designated as favourites crash the app, no matter where they’re selected from it seems. So for example if i select an album from new releases that I have also selected as a favourite the app crashes.
  2. Ah great to know that - I’ve also had some tracks added into my favourites, randomly that weren’t mine I cleared them and they reappear - seems like something is going haywire somewhere - I can play my favourites from the QoBuz app so going back on myself it could be an Aurender issue - funnily enough I dropped Tidal because random tracks kept being added but it’s now happening in QoBuz.
  3. Ah update - it only crashes in my QoBuz favourites - feels like it’s a QoBuz issue…
  4. My conductor app has started crashing on the IPad but only in QoBuz, go to load track and it crashes back to homepage. Tried re downloading app but same issue - I’ll contact Aurender but if anyone has any thoughts very welcome.
  5. No numbers on the right with QoBuz favourites. I have checked - if I add a new fave album it drops one off the end. I’ll keep looking to see if i can work out why. I stopped using Tidal because it kept randomly dragging unfaved albums into my favourites list, that’s why I thought it might be a Conductor issue. Really these are basic things that should never not work in the software.
  6. On the conductor app with QoBuz I only have option to have 395 albums max as favourites. Is this a QoBuz or Aurender limitation. I would like to have more faves and don’t see why it should be be limited.
  7. @Ponzi great when that happens. I have Luxman valve pre and power amps with the N100H and while it is hard to be objective I'd definitely say the sound has stepped up a notch or two over time - I would have to put this down to the valves bedding in because my Luxman kit was introduced new and the rest of my system components, including speakers were well run in. My Luxman kit is a joy to listen to and their component matching is second to none. I bet yours sounds amazing; enjoy! PS you have inspired me to play a little Chopin later on
  8. Turned N100H on today and ... no music. So, back to the drawing board and I hope to get some sort of reply from Aurender soon. Trying everything, including swapping out the DAC to see if that is the issue. Frustrating.
  9. Sorted: but I have no idea what was causing the problem. Was trying to set up an alternative DAC, disconnected input cables and other cables and out of the blue sound signal started passing through the system. Bizarre. This is our hobby I guess
  10. didn't solve the issue; will have to test everything...
  11. Ok I’ll do that and try tomorrow thanks
  12. just updated the software on N100H: when it restarted, no sound. Conductor app is connected and screen on unit shows music is steaming. It was playing fine before the update, but to make sure I have checked all cables, checked mute buttons, restarted the unit several times but still no sound. I have sent an email to Aurender, but very strange and if anyone has any similar issues with the update let me know.
  13. Well they have in the UK, not sure about the US. Checked this morning and Qobuz is back up on the App. Strange.
  14. After the latest Aurender update I can’t access Qobuz - has support been discontinued?
