  1. found a solution if anyone else runs into this. I removed the Aurender Conductor app from my Ipad and reinstalled. Everything works fine. First problem in many years of everyday use. Back to normal.
  2. This just started this morning. When I download an album for streaming from Qobuz I get two copies of every track on the album and have to listen to each twice. Albums that I have saved to my library do not do this. Tidal does not do this. I have restarted my Aurender, no difference. I logged out of Qobuz and logged back in, no difference. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas?
  3. Glad to hear it. When it works, and my has worked wonderfully for a few years, it does work well.
  4. Sounds like the problems I had. I did contact Aurender directly and they directed me to get the direct connect information from my Aurender and one of their engineers fixed it. I works fine now. Apparently my cache was not clearing correctly and it became full and would not let new files enter from Tidal. Contact them directly if you have not, they were very easy to work with once we connected.
  5. Problem has been fixed. Aurender was able to remote access my N100 and they found a bug that would not allow the cache to automatically clear and it was full. They fixed the bug and I was able to download the newest version and all is well again. Great customer service once they were able to get to my concerns.
  6. So, I still have not heard from Aurender in over a week, three e-mails sent to their support service. ( This is unusual for Aurender, they usually are pretty fast to respond ). So, I decided to do a Clear scan and reload everything from scratch. No can do. The scanning ability does not work at all and this is likely what is blocking my ability to download new updates as well. So, cannot do updates and because of this I cannot update Aurender Media manager as it needs the current version of the Conductor app. Cannot clear my system, and cannot get feedback from Aurender yet. I think I am going shopping or something. Much less frustrating. ( and I hate shopping )
  7. I do think you are correct. This happened right after they published a new update and the next morning my Aurender appeared to have restarted itself. Aurender is usually very fast in replying to problems and they have not for several days this time so I am concerned that there is a system problem with the new upgrades. I did purchase a new high res file today to see if that would scan into my Aurender and it does not. I will wait to hear back from Aurender and hope this can be fixed. I must say, I never had these problems when I played nothing but vinyl.
  8. Hello, I have been using the Aurender N100 into an MSB Analog DAC for some time now. All of a sudden I cannot stream Tidal anymore. The album looks like it is loading but then just streams through each track for a few seconds until the end of the album then stops. I can play radio just fine. Also, I cannot seem to update to the new app. It just states it is uploading at 0% even when left for 24 hrs to update. I have rebooted everything and it just doesn't change. No problems playing other files. I have sent service request to Aurender twice now over several days and no answer. Any thoughts?
  9. I am not sure I have any choice of the internet radio selections but some of them are very good. They show 44kz/24 bit on my DAC and sound as such. Others are not and they don't sound great but two of the classical stations and one jazz really sound fantastic. The app does not present what is being played but I can look online and look at a playlist if needed. The rest of the upgrades are working well also.
  10. they are organized, very much so. Over 1500 titles. But for reasons that I do not know a few albums will not keep all tracks in the same file and have sub files for a few tracks. It is these unintended sub files that are the problem on a few of the albums. When I move them to new folder structures the sub files remain as sub files and the new Aurender software cannot recognize this as one album.
  11. I just updated to the newest Aurender conductor app and it no longer combines files into a single album. I did contact them and this is intentional for some reason. The problem I have is that I have a number of purchased hires albums that for some reason have some individual songs in separate folders in my computer that I use to download and transfer to the Aurender. An example is Neil Diamonds Hot August Nights, each song is actually in it's own folder on my iMac and now when it transfers to the Aurender I get like nineteen different album covers each with 1-2 songs. I would appreciate some help in how to combine these. According to Aurender and the new app this is intentional so I do not anticipate a fix from them. Thanks, David
  12. Hi DavT,

I have Aurender N100. Is it possible install samsung evo ssd 4tb in it? Have you ever try install any ssd to your? I have emailed the aurender support and they said there are no option to install the ssd into N100. Thanks

  13. I have an Aurender N100SSD. A recent modem problem reset my NAS and internal Aurender hard drive with new IP addresses. I did not know that and used the Aurender Media Manager to download new files from the new IP addresses. Now everything is doubled up but I cannot remove the old copies as there is no associated IP address to delete from. I was thinking of clearing all the files on the app and reloading from scratch but cannot see a way to delete all the files on the app only. Any help?
  14. Well, everything was working perfectly. I could rip CD's straight into my Synology DS414slim NAS using dbpoweramp. I could download hires music files from acoustic sounds and then transfer them direct into the N100H ( I had Aurender install a samsung 1TB SSD into the N100 ), and all worked flawlessly. Then, on the 24th of Sept Aurender came out with a new software update. Me, being stupid I guess, updated it. First thing I noted is that the update changed the Aurender IP address. Then I can no longer move files to the NAS or direct to the Aurender. It still works but looks like no new music for me until I get this straightened out. I did contact Aurender, they have been helpful in the past, but they are out most of the week for a Korean Holiday then will be busy with the Rocky Mountain Audio Show. Every update so far has lead to many problems. I wish they would get it all sorted out before release.
  15. I removed a great number of albums from my hard drive ( NAS ) that did not have cover art. Aurender Media Manager ( AMM ), then updated all this on my iPad. Now I easily rip all new CD's using dbpoweramp for mac, it has always found a nice selection of coverart, insures that my rips are completely accurate and stores in automatically on my Synology 414 slim NAS. Once I have ripped a number of cd's, ( 5-50 ), I just turn on AMM and update all my files. Works slick. My N100H has a 1TB SSD and I use this only for purchased high resolution purchases and the AMM helps to keep all the meta data updated on my iPad.
