  1. I’d contact Tom at Kii and ask. Must be some way to do this without the KC, given that the latter was released sometime after the speakers were.
  2. Same here. Tom from Kii confirmed that there has indeed been a 16db boost that older speakers like yours and mine didn’t have. Happy days!
  3. Just downloaded and updated successfully. Haven’t had a chance to listen, other than to check that all is working. Having said that, seems to be louder than previously, but that might just be my impression.
  4. Just got an email from Tom at Kii saying that new version of Updater is now available, so maybe this is the production release?
  5. Thanks. I think I’ll hold off on this for a few days.
  6. Thanks. Thought I was going mad ....! Ah well, will wait a while longer. It’s back again. Downloaded Updater, it recognised I have 2 speakers, crashed when I clicked on the app icon. Running Win 10.
  7. Thanks. Thought I was going mad ....! Ah well, will wait a while longer.
  8. Getting a 404 error when I click on this link. Page not found. Anyone else seeing this?
  9. Just arrived home to see this. That section of the website seems to have been taken offline! Must be quicker next time!
  10. Thanks everyone, so it looks like there’s a few different firmware versions out there. Hopefully, the upcoming Kii Updater will allow us all to upgrade to the latest version in one step, regardless of our current version.
  11. My Kii Control firmware is v0.3, and in the 2 years I’ve had my Kiis, I’ve never had any communication from them as to available upgrades. Weird.
