Afternoon guys I am a new user on the forum and pretty new to the audiophile arena. I have very good IT background
which frustratingly leads me to this request, a connectivity issue between my Wireless Router and Notebook.
We use JRiver MC and Gizmo on Android (Samsung Galaxy S4) and I've setup a wireless network with static IP's working
well, at the office. Note no internet access is required its just a basic wireless network between notebook, mobile phone and
wireless router in order to use Gizmo Wirelessly to navigate JRiver MC.
Issue is when I get home and are all hooked up for playback the Wireless access point decides not to communicate and
allow any connection with the Notebook or Mobile phone. Nothing's changed from the office to when I got home and it boggles
the mind. Settings on the router and devices are as they were at the office.
Any of you guys ever experience something like this please ?
Could it be electrical/magnetic interference ?
Could it be a setup issue on the Router ?
Please help me as I am really not understanding this.
