Dear Audiophiles,
Yesterday I conducted a telephone interview. This is something I've done before, but as I know no way to tape calls on my iphone, I'm never quite sure how to go about recording the conversations. This time I put the interviewee on speaker phone and used a dictaphone (Olympus VN-2100PC).
The problem is that the recording turned out to be littered with feedback noise, I guess as a result of signals from my phone interfering with those of the voice recorder. I know very little about this kind of tech, but I was hoping there was a way to clean it up a bit. Maybe a software that allows me to turn down the feedback frequencies?
It doesn't need to be broadcastable, just audible enough to transcribe. Is that possible?
Thanks in advance,
Henrik from Sweden
