no, not in my case, seems to be related to your dac. my oppo doesn't even show up in the audio devices. but i've found out that this isen't an issue of daphile, as there is something wrong with the power of the usb ports. a self powered Mutec MC1.2 DDC works find with daphile after changing some of the Alsa Values.

I'm sorry but I Can't find the recommended check box? The Device just doesn't show up. Have mailed the developer already, but only got an auto mailer, saying he takes time out from daphile August 2015 ...

I set up a new audio pc and installed daphile, latest version. everything working fine so far with the optical output of the main board, but I couldn't get the system the recognize my Oppo HA-1 when connected via Usb cable. Tried different usb ports on the mb, usb 2.0 and usb 3.0 ports. anyone a clue?

I've both units. SMS-100 (with battery power supply ) and the Hugo. I really like the combo more than an PS Audio PWD MK II, but I'm using UPNP feature and can't say anything about HQP

I'm having trouble using the Asio for Hugo. My System is a Win 8.1 Pro PC (latest Patches installed) installed the Hugo Drivers downloaded from the chord website using JRiver 20 (latest Patch) If i choose the Asio Driver, sound not lawless, there seem to hang for very short times, after changing the sample rate (going form a redbook file to a 96er file) there is only noise coming from the speakers. The waspi, DS driver is working without issues. Anybody a clue?

Upgraded the Unit today , worked Without fault . Greatest benefit for me is being able to use the lumin App now , so i need no extra jriver Server to run. Big thanks to Jesus and sonore for bringin the Unit forward.

Does anyone know if sms100 works with the USB 2.0 Port of the Mytek 192 Dsd ?

I'm sorry but this software isn't worth a penny, this is not what i consider as a stable version, maybe an early alpha.... it crashes , freezes, bitrate of my dac not shown / supported, starts itunes on quit. the list is to long and i'm to tiered of this software to post it all. as 2.6 was not working well, 3.0 is still far away to it.

Greetings, let me say first, that I'm not a native speaker so please forgive me, if something doesn't make sense. I have to ask for help here, as I'm experiencing some problems with my sms-100 since yesterday. I have the unit now for about a week and everything worked as intended until yesterday. I mainly use the unit for dlna, with jriver as dms and jremote as dmc. As playing my new download, led zepplin III in 96/24, i was wondering why my dac showed an incoming signal in 44.1 , so i checked what was going wrong, soon I figured out that i had to change the dlna server settings in jriver. I stopped playback first then i changed in jriver from typical dlna to audiophile setting, leaving settings for that option as set by jriver, then restarted jriver killed the app jremote on my ipad and restarted it. played led zepp again and it worked, my dac showed the correct sample rate 96, but after the first song player stopped. I can't figure out why it does, so i tryed to start playback again, nothing . i restarted everything a few times, tried an update on the sms-100 but there was nothing to update, opened all settings an saved them again, but still now playback. I tried plugplayer with nas as dms insted of jremote / jriver but some problem here. airplay on sms-100 is doing fine, so it is working generally . i seems to me that dlna on sms-100 is hanging on some cache or config file, as the volume is always on 85%, which was set some short time before the crash. As I have no login for the sms-100 I can't ssh into the machine to check the logs. Looking forward to a helping hand, thanks a lot.
