  1. Hello, I'm thinking of getting the minidsp dirac live for 2.0 channel but from what I have read, it seems like the "set it and forget it", auto eq approach is not as good as one tweaking the dirac software manually. My main reason for thinking of purchasing the minidsp was that I didn't want to go through a series of manual tweaking. Dosent this defeat the main purpose of dirac live? I've used a mcacc eq before, and it also sort of did what the owners of the Dirac live have stated in this thread. Sounds here and there sounded compressed although bass was better defined. Transparency was also lost as if a veil have been put on my speakers. Just a bad experience with mcacc auto eq. I thought the dirac live can solve it, but it seems like it goes through the same probs. Main concern is, for those of us who have zero experince of tuning with eq software, is it simple? I have no idea when the owner was saying 2000 frequency cut on left and 4000 on righy, but it does sound complicating and would need some experience to do that..
  2. Hello, i currently have the Chord Hugo going to Job 225 but thinking about switching it out to Auralic Vega. I am little concerned because of the hot output on the Vega and the high 35 gain on the Job 225... i read a post about a owner of both having problems with this setup... i just wanted to ask the maker of Vega if this is a bad match. I have a 12 x 13 room.
  3. Hi is the primaluna still available?
