  1. Happy to read that apple users have the chance to benefit from the support of the designer of this app. This is what Daniel have said to me 9 months ago (11.07.2017) when I have asked "when an update for Android"? The response: " I still need to do some adjustments for the Android version. I will update it during the next weeks." Lying! It's the first time I'm disappointed to have paid for an app. No update since 2016, zero support... For a paid app, it's shameful. Audroid users, DON'T BUY!!
  2. I'm using Soundirok and MPDroid (free) with my Android phone and tablet. For me, MPDroid is better. More stable, more fast, more reactive... Since 27.09.2016, no update on Android (1.7 version). On iOS, many updates (the last one is 2.7; 26.06.2017). Why no updates on Android? Android users have paid the app and the app is not updated. Are Android users less important than iOS users?
  3. I'm using my mc3+ usb with Fedora server, planet ccrma rt kernel and mpd. No problem.
  4. Do you think it's a better option to choose a classic bnc/bnc 75 Ohms cable and add a Neutrik impédance transformer ?
  5. According to Dangerous Music manuals, XLR is not only for AES 110 Ohms but for 75 Ohms too. So, there is no conversion. It's a classic 75 Ohms connection but with a especial connector. Am I wrong? "They can utilize both AES or SPDIF on an XLR connector. Simply obtain the appropriate cable from your favorite audio dealer. When connecting to SPDIF coaxial, purchase a high quality 75 ohm RCA - XLR(M) cable and for AES, 110 ohm (Mogami and Redco both manufacture these). The converter will automatically recognize and lock to either AES or SPDIF sources".
  6. Thanks for your response Julian. Blue Jeans cable will make for me a BNC to XLR cable in order to use the AES3id output. Cable will be 75 Ohms Belden 1505f with Canare BNC and Neutrik xlr. It will enable me to test the Source Vs the Forssell MDAC2 with the great Mutec USB interface.
  7. Hi, Please I need help to connect the Mutec to a Dangerous Music Source DAC. It's impossible for me to use the AES OUT of the Mutec because already used. The Source can utilize both AES or SPDIF on an XLR connector. Does it mean I can use the AES3id OUT (BNC) of the Mutec with 75 ohms cable to the XLR IN of the Source? What's the difference between AES3id OUT and S/P-DIF BNC OUT? Can you explain me how to wire this cable? Thanks.
  8. Ah ok, this problem. I think we were talking about using the Pi3 with wifi. I would like to test Archphile too. What do you think about the Odroid C1+ / Pi3? Are you using MPD with the upmpdcli plugin?
  9. Hi, What's the problem with this chip? Thanks.
  10. OK, thanks for your response. But my question is: is the Intona useful when used with a dac or converter that don't need the 5v? PS: excuse my english, I am franchement.
  11. Hi, I am using a Bryston BUC-1. 5v of the usb cable is disconnected with tape cover. Is the Intona useful in my situation ? Thanks, best regards.
  12. Thanks Iago. I think the best option for me is to test.
  13. My questions are stupid ?
  14. Thanks guys! Yes, it's a nice equipment but I think it's possible to improve SQ. Fedora with ccrma rt kernel and MPD are top. But I think the brick PSU and the USB output of the MB are the weakness of my setup. What do you think about that? Regards.
  15. Hi, Please first excuse my english, I'm french. I would like to upgrade my music PC and I need your help. I'm using a Asrock N3150DC-ITX (ASRock > N3150DC-ITX ), 8GO of RAM, Samsung 840 for OS (Linux Fedora real time ccrma and MPD player), WD red for music. The Asrock MB is top because it has 19V input. My USB/AES converter is the Bryston BUC-1 and my DAC is the Forssell MDAC-2. What do you recommend me? - A good PSU? Teddy Pardo, HDplex... - Regen Uptone? - SOTM PCIe card or USB hub? What's the choice in my situation? Thanks, regards.
