  1. I have an audio that has this occasional "beep" kind of sound. It is generated via text to speech engine and I am trying to either fix it or possibly remove it even. Actually, it would be better if I can get the timestamps of where it is occuring. I used Audacity and can see those regions show "spike" in waveform and Analyze->Find Clipping seems to locate it. It looks like imgur: the simple image sharer and imgur: the simple image sharer (and you see those two regions of spike maxing out and where those beep sounds occur). Is there a programmatic way to get the timestamps of where the clipping are occuring ? Or another option may be to "silence" all the audio above -12db ? Clearly, a noob here. So please be kind
