  1. Auralic does handle reported issues efficiently. My Qobuz issue was reported two days ago. I have just got email saying issue fixed.
  2. Good to hear that users are enjoying Aries' SQ while its software keeps on improving. Reported to Auralic an issue using Qobuz. Auralic has just posted firmware version 1.2 at apps store. Waiting for release in my region. Guys, keep an eye on apps store.
  3. Sorry to hear that ! Lucky that I put my bet on Aries & placed my back order at a very early stage. Hope that Auralic is able to get a quality supplier and keep on improving Lightning DS. I'm not a professional reviewer. As an ordinary user, I can tell that Aries does satisfy my ears in term of SQ. The real thing is that I've been spending much more time in listening & enjoying music since the arrival of my Aries. Qobuz streaming is really great. The sound is great. I'm wondering if Apple's bests-audio will be launching any similar Hifi streaming service before my year's subscription to Qobuz. Even if it does, it will depend on & take time for Auralic's support for integration. In a word, I would like to thank Mr. Wang.
  4. no time to go over all the discussion. Just to share : for firmware update, it's easy (see circled in the attached image) I'm still enjoying Qobuz and reluctant to spend time on Synology yet.
  5. No, not yet integrated. I think Auralic will add such integration through firmware upgrade.

Hi Mr. Wang, I refer to (1) the Qobuz page in Lightning DS app & (2) Qobuz's own app. It doesn't show my purchases (songs/music purchased previously) as shown in Qobuz's own app. Could you amend it so that all the purchased items are shown properly in Lightning DS' Qobuz page ? In addition, are you able to add a forum at auralic.com so that users can discuss & give recommendations there ? I trust that users' discussions will surely add value to Aries. Software update is an unique aspect for streaming device which users can actively contribute. Thx, Tony
  7. just received my aries. tested it with local streaming service running at 320k ----> result : good joined Qobuz 1 month free streaming service ----> result : wonderful ! really really enjoy it. i'm going to pay for qobuz's year subscription later on. synology ds209j -----> will test later. look forward to Auralic's support to usb input to see how it sounds. if it sounds good, i may be able to save money upgrading my synology.
  8. yes, will do. my dac has spif only. no chance to run Aries' usb output.
