Just a quick thought: once the Aries have the built-in Lighnting Media server, does this means we would be able to stream via Wi-fi from any shared folder on the network (for example a shared folder on a Mac connected to the home network) or is it just meant to work for the USB port? Thanks for your impression Liam. How did you make it work in trial mode?

Maybe a was wrong, but I thought Realtime SRC was meant to upsample redbook files as the Izotope SRC engine in A+, not meant to downsample DSD to PCM...maybe I'm just too naïf. I have a NOS dac and realtime upsampling Reedbook files is a must feature for me.
