Is there such a thing as a "legal, free music downloading site"? I want to download music from a site that is free and run by an individual, unlike a large website (like limewire). Is it illegal to download music no matter what, or are there legal music downloading sites?

I have a 2008 Macbook (more detail below) and recently it has been taking 10 minutes to start up and telling me that the startup disc is full. When I start up it goes to a blue screen for 10 minutes then lets me log in and everything seems fine. However, when I add new music to iTunes or photos to iPhoto it tells me that my startup disc is full. I hardly have anything on it except for music, photos, and a few college essays. What can I do to clean up my startup disc? Laptop info: 2008 Macbook, Processor: 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, Memory: 4GB Disc Usage: Space Free = 2/227GB System Memory: 2.88/4GB free I have about 6,500 photos on iPhoto and 44GB of music on iTunes.

Ok i am looking at upgrading my current (very old) speakers, I have been looking around and a set of 2.1 speakers seem good to me, I like the idea of the sub woofer and have taken a liking to the logitech X-230. I listen to songs with some hard bass, and find when i use high quality headphones the quality is far superior to my speakers, i was wondering if i can egt that kind of sound from my speakers? are the X-230's a good pair of speakers for gaming and hard bass or do you have any other suggestions? Bare in mind I would only be paying 29.99 delivered for the X-230's tyvm for any help.

Basically I was wondering what were the main advantages and disadvantages of having a manager to help you with your music career. Because lots of things I have seen have said that you do not need a manager. I would figure a manger would be a vital part to an artist becuase that can help focus solely on the music and performances and not any of the marketing and business side of things (even though the artists should definitely know how his business is being handled) But I think the marketing would be a big help. I always figured having a manger would help take alot off of an artists shoulder. So if you know any advantages or disadvantages please let me know even if you only know one or the other.
