I own the ultraRendu with the UpTone Audio UltraCap Audio LPS-1 & Sonore (Cardas) DC-4 interconnecting power cable. I am still on software version 2.7, and I am uncertain of the hardware version. I bought this used in March of 2021. I stream (Roon server) via an ethernet RJ45 cable from a SurfBoard router directly into the ultraRendu and from the ultraRendu via a Ghent USB cable directly into a Gustard X26 Pro DAC. It sounds absolutely fantastic. Not even a hint of glare. Whoever, whatever, I am playing (Klipsch Cornwall IV speakers), they are live, in the listening room. The X26 DAC is really in its element, totally maximized, with this streaming set up. I might pony up for a 1.3, and will definitely upgrade to the 2.9 software.
