Very sorry i've missed that. Anyway my purpose was to know if they were suitable for the rectifier, as "regular" schottkys were sugested JohnSwenson for low voltage psu's. best regards -

Sorry about my ignorance, in the datasheets Cree C3D08060A–Silicon Carbide Schottky, is a TO-220-2 http://www.mouser.com/ds/2/90/C3D08060A-276315.pdf , this one is a TO-220AC (http://www.mouser.com/ds/2/395/MBR1035%20SERIES_J12-248726.pdf), both have 2 leads. -
