    would this imply that no DAC could be fed with DSD from Audirvana? Because no connection from a Mac is encrypted? Just so I understand correctly. The Marantz can accept DSD over HDMI, e.g. from a SACD Player. Thanks again

    Hi, recently I had some of my SACDs ripped to ISO. Now I wanted to directly DSD feed my Marantz SR6007 from my MacBook Retina through HDMI. Unfortunately my trial of Audirvana is already over so I can't check by myself if this would work. Can Audirvana do this? Does it correctly identify the Marantz as being able to decode DSD and therefore not recode to PCM? Thanks in advance!
