I am having a continuous crash in HDTRACKS downloader v 19.0.60 on my mac mini (mac osx 10.6.8), which sounds very similar to the crash posted by forum member jhwalker on 10-20-2012. I have tried going back to an earlier version of the downloader, rebooted the mac, cleared and reinstalled the downloader, and the same thing happens every time. It downloads the pdf files fine, and even appears to get through the downloading of a flac file, but as soon as it starts the "processing" stage it crashes. Here is an excerpt from the problem report file:

Please let me know if this is sufficient information to describe the problem. I am open to any suggestions on how to get the downloader to work.
