I like the sound, very natural, analog like.

Just want say you are doing a fine job with this app, and fine job supporting it. This and Audirvana + is by far the best supported music programs and maybe the best sounding for the Mac. Kudos.

So, their presence on this (or any) forum) is NOT respond to questions or complaints, but, just to push their software?

And, when was the actual release date? I never saw go to beta, last I saw it was still in alpha. I'm really not looking at business models, was it a few months back when this whole thing about MC19 for the Mac was just a typo when people complain about this very thing?

That's what I thinking. To me it seems like plain and simple greed. I'm not gonna pull punches. MC18 is NOT a finished product, how can you expect me to pay for an upgrade when the previous one is not done. What happened to looks-and-play like a MAC?

Been having a problem or two since the last release. First, when BitPerfect is running my total plays in iTunes will not count, talking about the play total for a song. The other thing, if I pause a song, it will start up on own. This may be minute or two, but, may take longer, I leave the pause on a hour, I will iTunes just start up where left off. Crazy.

Well, against my better judgement, I upgraded 10.8.4 and 11.0.4, call me a glutton for punishment. But, all works well at this juncture. I do feel the sound quality is better.

So far, so good with 10.8.4 and 1.5.1, did the quality increase for 10.8.4 or is 1.5.1 that sounds better?

I have a problem that I had for last several versions. 24bit 96kHz files are experience static. When I switch toa standard 16/44.1 (most of times) it stops. This does it use several different DACs, but never does it with any of software (Audrvana +, BitPerfect, Fidelia, Decibel) I own. This is on the Hifi version of 2.5 and 10.8.3 on ML.
