  1. It’s labeled model B but nothing for Rev. I don’t know how to determine boot loader sorry
  2. Yes I have one that is working well
  3. I’ve been on the fence about the v5 upgrade. Client on iPad has convinced me. Thank you
  4. Hi, Long time GentooPlayer user here (x86). Thought I would try an old M-Audio Delta 1010 8 channel PCI interface. I can only get sound out of channel 1 and 2. Is there any way to get GentooPlayer to see all channels? I an trying to make a crossover using pipeline matrix of HQPlayer. Thanks
  5. Hi, Quick question. I've been using GentooPlayer on Beagle Bone Black for some time now. It is no longer supported by GentooPlayer and I think I'm missing out on new developments. I could change my Twisted Pear DAC to use the Amanero USB. What would best replace the BBB, Raspberry Pi 4, Raspberry Pi 5, X86 or other. I'm not concerned with cost, (within reason). Thanks for your advice
  6. After adding the new key my gp update succeeded. I still think it would have been nice if you gave a little more information than just sending the new key.
  7. Couple words of explanation could save many emails
  8. Never mind, got it sorted. I had forgotten how to log in to GentooPlayer. Thanks for making me aware of this. Extending the life of my “obsolete” BBB.
  9. Hi Luca and antonellocaroli, I also use BBB with GentooPlayer and find myself in this situation. I’ve not yet upgraded to HQPlayer 5 but do plan on it. I need some help with the basics on how to update networkaudiod. I assume one would use ssh but how to log in? I am grateful for any help. thanks, Mike
  10. Yes I am using GentooPlayer on a PC. I’ve used it for years on a Beaglebone as well. It runs headless and you control it from a browser on any computer in your network. It has many options but you enable only what you need. You can get a trial but you have to email the developer.
  11. I had this issue and previously mentioned here that DietPi was working well for me. But on next boot it didn’t. I just went ahead and purchased GentooPlayer. I’ve used it for years on my other system. It’s been rock solid.
  12. I installed DietPi on a spare ssd but I think you could install it to a usb drive.
  13. I have installed DietPi on mine. It was very easy to set up and seems to be working well.
  14. Ya, that looks identical to my bios. It’s an intel DH67 motherboard from 2012 or so. The NAA image will not boot on mine either.
