  1. Hello Everyone, I have been away from anything HQPlayer or Embedded for a long time and getting back to it again. Couple of questions: What are now the recommended settings for DSD256 and PCM384 that I should start with? I will be using Intel NUC with 1250p processor with 64gb of memory either as embedded or desktop. The version of HQPlayer is 4.x
  2. Can the app be used similarly to HQP Client to stream Qobuz?
  3. @David Craff, @David.. Qobuz, Hi-Res Music Evangelist Any update on Qobuz Connect?
  4. My understanding is that it does not process anything but you also lose the advantage that HQP brings to the table.
  5. What's the latest recommendation for pcm and sdm settings for HQP. For the last couple of years I have not been using any filters and have not kept up with the advances that @Miska has made. I am using Lampizator dac with Amanero card with HQPlayer Client/LMS UPnPBridge --> HQPlayer/HQPlayer Embedded --> NAA --> DAC setup. All my music is streamed via Qobuz
  6. Thank you got it working based on the screenshot in the thread.
  7. Can you share your upnpbridge setttings. I am trying to get it working and so far not having much luck. Using the latest version of UPnPBridge which is 1.82.2
  8. Anyone here get Squeezebox UPNPBridge working with HQPe? If yes, can you share your settings?
  9. The other option that you have is to go on your DHCP server and reserve the IP address for the mac address. So the next time you reboot it will assigned the reserved ip address to the HQPe device. Edit: I prefer the static IP address option on my Ubuntu system. One of this days I will have to try the image version. Edit 2: Read the later message and your XFinity router does not have the option 🤦‍♂️
  10. Kind of late to respond here but ou will be fine. Once you have everything setup the only thing you will touch the setup is to install OS patches and update HQPe. If you run into any issues I am pretty sure the folks here will be more than willing to provide the exact commands to do that for your particular OS along with all the common troubleshooting ideas
  11. No pi4 but i do have a pi3.
  12. No, i was running HQP and Client on the machine until it started crashing on me. HQPe is my dedicated setup for my main setup. Was just trying to listen to music while working. I used NAA, Client on the win10 pc with sabaj dac with HQPe in basement active as player used to stream.
  13. I ran the memtest86 on the PC and no issues reported. I am debating about installing the OS and starting over but since the pc is not dedicated I am hesitant to start that process. For now I can use the client and naa running on the system to listen to music in the study room while I am working so I am not in any hurry either.
  14. As long as I am not running HQPlayer my system functions without any issues. I do not have any video card installed. I can use HQPlayer Client and NAA on the system with HQPlayer embedded acting as the player everything works fine.
  15. I will download memtest86 and see if I am seeing error messages. The system in question is old lenovo i3-4130t with 16gb of memory.
