Considering BitPerfect didn't have a demo $10 wasn't a bad investment. I did have looping occur, but Support forwarded me fix that will be out soon at the AppStore. It really isn't that bad an app overall.
Fidelia crashed a lot and then corrupted the database I spent days working on. This is when I realized I should just stick to my iTunes database. Decibel is ugly, but really is a decent player. Audirvana is OK, but there was something about it I just couldn't handle. I don't know what it was, but it was just meh for me. PureMusic was good, but a lot of features and an ugly UI. JRiver looked promising, but seemed too Windows-ish to me. Maybe I didn't give it a good chance and I'll check it later on. Each one has its good and bad and it comes down to personal taste because we all hear different.
How I came about my decision, was choosing the one I kept coming back to over and over. Amarra just happened to be the one. Different stroke for different folks.
