Richard, sorry for slow reply, was out of town. I checked everything you said to except HDTracks DL Preferences, I couldn't find it. HDT is accepted. I also have read write permissions. Looks like I'm calling Apple in the morning. Thank you for the suggestions, somehow this will get worked out. rwwjr: I'm using Audirvana+ not JRiver, thanks for the info. Ben

Firedog, I did all that you (and a few computer geek friends) recommended. I am able to log onto the site with no problem, tried 3 different browsers and a friends computer. I am using a Mac so they sent me a link to do a manual load and it didn't work either. I will get this figured out. Thanks for your help, I am relatively new to the hobby after all :-)

My problem with HDT is that it's not accepting my password. So I can't even get to DL anything. After several resets on my end and theirs I still have four records waiting for DL. I've cleared all cookies and cache, changed settings and I'm still stumped. Any suggestions?
