What Are the Best Sounding Speakers UNDER $2,500 that You've Ever Heard.?

Paradigm Active 40. Great active 3 way bookshelf speaker ahead of its time that didn't sell, cuz, well, it was active. I loved a pair for over 10 years. Sent from my iPad using Computer Audiophile -
Two Rosewill External Hard Drive Enclosures. Each enclosure contains a Western Digital Green 1TB (W10EADS) 3.5" HD. I used these as music storage drives with good success with a Mac Mini for a short time before obtaining a NAS. The enclosures can be daisy chained. They have a USB port, but they also have firewire ports for older Apple Macs. The enclosures work perfectly as do the HD's. $75 each plus shipping.

I fixed problem causing drops: it was a shoddy ethernet cable/patch cord. Micro Rendu has been working perfectly. Sonore folks were prompt with my request for help yesterday, and patient while helping to problem solve. I appreciate it!

HQPlayer Keeps Dropping Micro Rendu

Fixed problem: shoddy ethernet patch cord/cable was to blame. It was located in our security system panel that also houses broadband cable and some ethernet junctions. I need a screw driver to access this panel, so I don't usually go in there. Micro Rendu has been working perfectly after all. And, Sonore folks were prompt with requests for help yesterday, and patient while helping to problem solve this. So, thanks. -
Right now, I am using two unmanaged switches in signal path. Otherwise, its a simple path. I guess I can remove one switch, and I figured out I can run Cat 7 cable from 1st switch directly to MR if need be. However, it's all wired ethernet, so this should be working fine for streaming audio. I can stream HD movies essentially thru through same path with no problems whatsoever all day long.

OK, posted it in Sonore area as well. It happens in Roon mode too. I'm not familiar with uPnP.
