Also they sold a $29.00 power strip for $500.00.

Just buy a $2000.00+ power cord, according to most of manufactures that make them this should take care of all of the quality electrical mains noise that you have.
-
I have the Shunyata Venom-3 on every thing. They replaced Kimber power cords and to me they seem to be an improvement.
-
Why is it that my Transparent USB cable has a higher volume than my Audioquest or Kimber USB cables?
-
I wish my experience with Wyred 4 Sound would have been better. From day one my STP-SE would make clicking sounds like I was listening to a bad record very randomly. And when changing the volume down from 4 to 3 aloud popping noise would come from the right speaker. I did finally send it in for service and was told it was a bad relay, but after the bad experience with their service I just sold the unit. I now have a complete Bel Canto system DAC 1.5, Mlink, Pre 3, Ref 1000m amps, with Dynaudio Special 25's and could not be happier.
-
Mine did the same thing along with popping randomly while playing music. At first I thought the random popping was always something else till I replaced the STP-SE with a Bel Canto Pre3 which is dead silent.
-
I did send it in for service after 9 months of calling Wyred 4 Sound about the noise which they said was completely normal. I suggest you run your volume all the way up and down and listen for random noises. Also mine would just make a popping noise randomly every now and then while playing music.
-
I have owned the Wyred 4 Sound STP-SE and had nothing but trouble with it from day one. Wyred 4 Sound Service said what I was experiencing was normal. So if you like random clicks and noisy volume control with popping sounds, some times very loud coming from your speakers go ahead.

Can you list which ones? -
I should add there service stinks compared to Audio Research or BAT
-
That is what I plan to do if I ever get it back from W4S service.
-
I just talked to them. Their phone lines were down due to rain. So never mind
-
Have they gone out of buisness? Both their phone numbers come back as non working numbers. Anyone?
