heard you have 3770. 95c is upper limit. best under 85c. use realtemp to check temperature. not possible to go over 70c from using MQn. there is risk. if worry, don't do it. or you could just set fan speed to lowest i dont know whether to post testing result here or at the other forum. sbgk may have moved on.

i knew MQn will be great that's why i started to participate testing since version 2.10. unbelievable how far it comes... i used to thought XA was the limit. the new XA 1030A got slightly better from the last release a month or two ago. the SQ improvement is good. but if you compare MQn a month ago to this 2.60, the SQ improves exponentially.

wifi is actually interesting thing. for some board, it is better to use wifi than ethernet! you need to check the IRQ table of your board. coz some board have wifi sharing with USB IRQ resources. if someone has USB DAC, hmm..... other board has dedicated IRQ for USB 3.0. one should use that port for USB DAC

for anyone interested in bios tweaks to boost SQ. go to bios. just turn off all fan control, voltage monitor. my motherboard has about 10 of these. if possible, unplug all fans in PC. if you have a tower CPU cooler, can unplug the cpu fan too. cleaner audio and always better clarity. i was able to add 10% volume doing this.

lekt, dont you think tot align or 2.59 8 8 are fuller than 2.60 8 4? as in, if sound moves in a defined width and height into depth(time), i feel that tot align has more width and height. maybe it is something else. not sure.

2.60 sse4 intel 8 4 -you are totally right. 8 8 does compress the sound, that's why the micro-details are missing in 8 8! this 8 4 opens up/decompresses vocal's micro-details a lot! -i would say 8 4 needs to decompress a little more to equal the micro-details of 2.56 8 8 16 16 8 eax add. -this also explains why 2.58 tot align sounds weird to me. coz the vocal was compressed!!! possible to open up/decompress the tot align version as well?
