Got new stands, filled them with 36 lbs of sand. They are better foundation for my speakers and any future bookshelf speakers...

Thanks! I got it lightly used from AudiogoN and it's been rock solid. The other day I blew the dust out of it and cleaned all the contacts just to be nice to it.

Gripe: Yesterday's Windows Updates reset all of my sound card control panel settings / basically putting everything back to square one...I specifically looked before updating and their were NO hardware updates/drivers on the list. Nasty. Anyone who has run updates may want to do a quick check of their system. If this is boring, obvious information to everyone else, please delete this post.

Thank you! Power cables are the latest items I'm exploring and at the very least, the Pangea C-7 for my preamp fits snug on both ends. The non-factory cable I was using was as cheap as possible.

Is anybody using an upgraded power cable for the Bifrost? If this is a bad thing to post around here, please delete it and warn me.

My first post and thank you to everyone as this place has helped along my system and listening experience. I bought the Antonio Forcione & Sabina Sciubba-Meet Me In London from Naim. It's quite excellent!
